8:00am Introductions to staff and program overview
815am Dynamic warm up with Tim DeFrancesco: Strength Coach LA Lakers and Loryn Watkinson Wellness Coach Boston Cannons
830am Squad66 Training session with staff by position (stick work/Shooting/Defensive drills/goalie warm ups)
1000am Small sided field/small group session of build up
1045am The transition game on both sides of the ball with all players and staff (full field)
11:45am Full field scramble scrimmage.
100pm Uneven situational play on both sides of the ball
200pm Even play on both sides of the ball build up to 6v6
300pm Loryn Watkinson: Wellness Coach Boston Cannons, Seminar for players and parents are welcome to attend.
Full field game (game will be recorded)
500pm Dinner and film session with players on the previous game.
630pm Tim DeFrancesco: Strength Coach LA Lakers, proper technique lifting session in weight room
715pm College Search and Recruiting Seminar for players. Parents are welcome to attend.
800pm Day 1 wrap up with players and coaches.
